CourtMatch Terms and Conditions
Effective date October 2, 2026
1 Agreement and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the CourtMatch websites, applications, and related software services, including court and club management, reservations, memberships, programs, competitions, communications, player matching, ratings, racquet services coordination, and AI assisted coaching features, when available (collectively, the Services). The Services are provided by CourtMatch, LLC (CourtMatch, we, us, or our).
You accept these Terms when you affirmatively agree to them through an account registration, checkout, or other acceptance process, or sign an order that incorporates them. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the Services. An individual accepting on behalf of an organization represents that they have authority to bind that organization. Merely accessing a publicly available webpage does not create a paid subscription.
A Customer is an organization or individual purchasing a subscription directly from CourtMatch. An Organization is a club, association, facility, or other entity administering a CourtMatch account. A User is an individual accessing the Services, including a member, guest, administrator, instructor, or parent. You and your mean the Customer or User to whom a provision applies. Sections expressly addressing Customer subscriptions apply to the Customer purchasing those subscriptions, and do not make an invited User responsible for the Organization’s subscription fees.
2 Orders and other agreements
An Order is an order form, accepted online checkout, or other agreement specifying the purchased Services, subscription term, price, and applicable limits. These Terms and the applicable Order constitute the agreement between CourtMatch and the Customer unless a separately signed agreement provides otherwise.
For conflicts, a separately signed agreement controls over these Terms to the extent it expressly addresses the conflicting subject. An Order controls as to the purchased plan, quantities, fees, billing schedule, and subscription term. An executed data processing addendum controls as to processing of personal information. Otherwise these Terms control. Purchase orders and Customer procurement forms are administrative documents only, and do not add terms unless CourtMatch expressly agrees in writing.
Our Privacy Policy at https://courtmatch.ai/privacy-policy/ describes our personal information practices. These Terms do not replace that notice or any legally required privacy disclosures, consents, or data processing agreement. Organization rules and provider terms govern their own services; they cannot expand CourtMatch’s obligations without our written agreement.
3 Eligibility and children
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting to purchase a subscription, administer an Organization account, or accept these Terms for a minor. Users aged 13 through 17 may use the Services only with a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission and supervision. The parent or guardian must accept these Terms on the minor’s behalf to the extent permitted by law.
Children under 13 may not create or independently operate an account. Adults may manage bookings and participation for children through their own accounts. Do not upload a child’s personal information, images, or videos unless you have authority to do so and all notices, consents, and safeguards required by applicable law are in place. Where verifiable parental consent or a separate child privacy process is required, an Organization’s approval or acceptance of these Terms alone is insufficient. CourtMatch must authorize any workflow involving collection of personal information directly from children under 13 before it is enabled.
Contact us if you believe a child is using an unauthorized account or personal information has been collected improperly. We may restrict access or remove information as needed to address the issue. Nothing in this section transfers CourtMatch’s own legal obligations to a parent or Organization.
4 Accounts and Organization administration
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify CourtMatch of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share individual credentials, impersonate another person, or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize or cause through your account, but not for activity caused by CourtMatch’s breach of its obligations.
An Organization controls its membership eligibility, permissions, reservations, fees, programs, and other administrative settings. Authorized administrators may manage access and information within their Organization account. Their access to personal information remains subject to applicable law, the Privacy Policy, and any data processing agreement. Linking an account to an Organization does not authorize unrestricted access to unrelated personal accounts or private communications.
Customers are responsible for the settings, instructions, and conduct of their authorized Users within the Customer’s account, for providing applicable notices and obtaining necessary permissions, and for lawful use of the Services. They must identify authorized administrators and promptly remove access when no longer appropriate. CourtMatch remains responsible for its own contractual and legal obligations.
5 Access rights and platform ownership
Subject to compliance with this agreement and payment of applicable fees, CourtMatch grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the purchased Services during the subscription term, within the plan’s authorized purposes and limits. Invited Users may access only features and Organization resources for which they have permission. No source code or ownership rights are transferred.
CourtMatch and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, algorithms, rating methodology, designs, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and related technology, including improvements and configurations, except for Customer Data and User Content defined below. Rights not expressly granted are reserved. Separately commissioned development or deliverables require a written agreement specifying ownership; payment alone does not transfer platform intellectual property.
You may voluntarily submit suggestions or feedback. CourtMatch may use that feedback to improve its products without payment or attribution, but this permission does not grant rights to your personal information, confidential information, or unrelated proprietary materials.
6 Acceptable use
Do not use the Services to violate law or others’ rights; harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against others; distribute unlawful, defamatory, sexually exploitative, or infringing content; send spam; upload malicious code; commit payment fraud; manipulate scores, ratings, availability, or identities; or disclose personal information without authority.
Do not bypass access controls, probe or disrupt systems without permission, scrape information or collect personal data in bulk, resell access, or use the platform to create a competing service through unauthorized copying. Do not reverse engineer or attempt to obtain source code except to the extent applicable law gives a right that cannot be restricted. Authorized integrations and exports remain permitted within their documented scope.
Do not upload payment card security codes, passwords, government identification documents, medical records, or other sensitive information into general messages, profiles, or video uploads. Use only designated, authorized workflows for information the Services are intended to collect.
We may investigate reports and restrict or remove content or access that violates these Terms. We do not undertake to review every communication or verify every User. Report abuse or security concerns using the contact information below. Contact emergency services directly for an emergency.
7 Features and service changes
Your plan includes the generally available features identified in the applicable Order or plan description at purchase. Separately priced products, premium modules, AI usage, transaction services, messaging usage, hardware, integrations, and third party services are included only if expressly stated. A reference to future features means future features included in your subscribed plan, and does not promise delivery of any roadmap item or access to every future CourtMatch product.
We may update the Services for security, reliability, compliance, and product improvements. During a prepaid subscription term we will not materially reduce the core functionality purchased by a Customer without providing a reasonably equivalent alternative. If a material reduction cannot be remedied, the Customer may terminate the affected Services on written notice and receive a prorated refund of unused prepaid fees for those Services. A reduction required by law or resulting from the Customer’s breach is excluded from this remedy.
Support scope, implementation assistance, and any service level commitments are only those expressly agreed in an Order or separate agreement. Maintenance, network failures, and third party outages may affect availability. Trials and beta features may have limited functionality and may be discontinued; do not rely on them for critical operations.
8 Customer fees and payment
Customers pay the fees and applicable usage charges disclosed in their Order. Unless the Order states otherwise, recurring fees are billed in advance and invoices are due within 30 days. An annual commitment paid in monthly installments remains an annual commitment; installments do not create a monthly cancellation right. An Order must clearly state any annual commitment.
You authorize charges to the payment method you supply only for amounts and recurring billing you have agreed to. Keep billing information current. Applicable taxes are additional unless the displayed price includes them; CourtMatch is responsible for taxes on its own income. No new usage charge or separately priced module will apply without disclosure and your agreement to purchase or enable it.
Raise good faith invoice disputes promptly and identify the amount and reason. Pay undisputed amounts when due. CourtMatch will work reasonably to resolve disputes and will not suspend access solely over an amount disputed in good faith while the parties are actively addressing it.
For undisputed overdue amounts, CourtMatch may suspend affected paid Services after written notice and at least 10 days to pay. Suspension does not cancel a Customer’s agreed subscription commitment. We may recover reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law. Fees are nonrefundable except as expressly provided in this agreement or required by law; this does not eliminate refunds owed for CourtMatch’s breach or nonperformance.
9 Subscription terms renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions begin and end on the dates stated in the Order. A subscription renews automatically only if the Order or checkout clearly discloses the renewal period, charges, and cancellation method, and the purchaser affirmatively agrees to automatic renewal. Without an agreed renewal arrangement, the subscription ends at the end of its stated term.
For Organization subscriptions, unless the Order states otherwise, an agreed automatic renewal is for the same term length and either party may prevent renewal by giving notice at least 30 days before the current term ends. Renewal price increases require at least 60 days’ advance notice to an Organization Customer and do not change committed fees during its existing term.
For individuals purchasing directly for personal or household use, the renewal and cancellation terms disclosed and accepted at checkout apply instead of the Organization notice requirement. CourtMatch will provide the disclosures, confirmations, reminders, consent records, and cancellation methods required by applicable law. Online consumer subscriptions must be cancellable online without obstructive steps, using the cancellation method supplied at purchase; contact support if that method is unavailable. Consumer price changes will receive notice within legally required timeframes and require any legally required consent.
Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect as described at checkout or in the Order, subject to applicable law. Unless a right to earlier termination applies, access continues through the purchased term and amounts already committed remain due. A User leaving an Organization or deleting an account does not itself cancel the Organization’s CourtMatch subscription or a separate membership or booking with that Organization.
A trial converts to a paid subscription only if the purchaser received and affirmatively accepted the paid conversion terms and provided any required recurring payment consent. Otherwise it ends without a charge.
10 Club bookings payments and provider services
Organizations, instructors, tournament organizers, and racquet service providers independently establish their availability, eligibility, fees, cancellation policies, refunds, facility rules, and service terms. They must disclose those terms before a User commits to a transaction. CourtMatch supplies software to facilitate these activities; unless expressly identified as the provider for a particular transaction, CourtMatch does not operate facilities, provide instruction or racquet work, or sell the underlying membership or program.
Review the applicable provider’s terms before booking or purchasing. The identified seller is responsible for fulfilling its service and handling related disputes and refunds. Payment processing may be performed by third party processors subject to their terms. Any CourtMatch platform or transaction fee must be disclosed before purchase. We may assist with administrative issues, but that does not make us the underlying provider or remove our responsibility for our own errors.
Waitlist placement, match suggestions, instructor availability, and notifications do not guarantee a reservation, opponent, lesson, or service. Confirm the booking status in the Services and with the provider where appropriate. Users must comply with facility and event rules.
11 Physical activities ratings and waivers
Racquet sports and in person activities involve injury and other risks. Users and providers are responsible for decisions about participation, supervision, equipment, facility conditions, and appropriate instruction. CourtMatch does not verify every participant’s identity, qualifications, fitness, or conduct, and matching features do not guarantee personal safety or player compatibility.
Ratings, rankings, match suggestions, and scores are estimates or records based on available information and may contain errors. Do not misrepresent results or submit data without authority. CourtMatch may correct errors or address manipulation. References to third party rating systems do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
CourtMatch may help Organizations collect electronic acknowledgments and waivers. Organizations are responsible for their waiver content, presentation, required consents, and retention requirements. Providing this functionality does not establish that a waiver is legally enforceable or create a separate waiver of claims against CourtMatch. Nothing here releases claims for CourtMatch’s conduct that cannot lawfully be released.
12 Customer Data and User Content
Customer Data means records submitted to or created in a Customer’s Organization account for its operations, including membership, reservation, program, and transaction records. User Content means materials Users submit, including messages, profiles, images, videos, and match results. These categories may overlap. As between CourtMatch and you, you or the applicable rights holder retain rights in these materials. An Organization’s control over its records does not extinguish individuals’ privacy rights or ownership of their original content.
You grant CourtMatch a nonexclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display these materials only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the Services, follow authorized instructions and sharing choices, and meet legal obligations. The license ends when the relevant processing ends, subject to lawful retention and backup requirements. It is not a general right to sell your materials, advertise using your likeness, or publicly republish private content.
Submit only materials for which you have the necessary rights and permissions, including permissions from identifiable people in photographs and videos. Visibility depends on the feature, your choices, and authorized Organization settings. Content shared with others may be copied by recipients; deletion cannot always retrieve their copies. CourtMatch may remove content that violates these Terms or law, subject to applicable notice and appeal requirements.
CourtMatch may use aggregated or deidentified service statistics for analytics and improvement only where permitted by law and the applicable agreement. We will not attempt to reidentify deidentified information and will apply legally required safeguards. Such statistics must not expose private messages, identifiable videos, or personal information.
13 Privacy security and service providers
CourtMatch will process personal information in accordance with applicable law, its Privacy Policy, and any applicable data processing agreement. For information processed on a Customer’s behalf, the Customer determines its lawful purposes and instructions, and CourtMatch processes that information to provide the Services and meet its own legal obligations. For activities where CourtMatch determines processing purposes, its own obligations remain applicable.
CourtMatch will maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No system is completely secure. Customers must use available security controls, manage administrator access, and avoid unnecessary sensitive data. CourtMatch will notify an affected Customer without undue delay after confirming unauthorized access to Customer personal information within systems under our control, provide reasonably available relevant information, and cooperate with legally required response measures. This does not delay any notice required by law.
CourtMatch may use hosting, communications, payments, AI, support, and other service providers to operate the Services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations. We remain responsible for their performance of our contracted obligations. Any additional subprocessor notice, objection, location, or transfer requirements are governed by an applicable data processing agreement and law.
Where a law requires additional processing terms or transfer safeguards, the parties must put them in place before the affected processing begins. These Terms alone do not establish compliance with every jurisdiction’s privacy requirements. Requests concerning Organization records may need the Organization’s instructions, but CourtMatch will also fulfill its own obligations to individuals.
14 AI Coach and other AI features
AI features may analyze uploaded videos or other inputs and generate observations, suggestions, or summaries. They assist Users and instructors and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular person. They do not provide medical diagnosis, injury assessment, treatment, or a guarantee of improved performance. A qualified instructor should review coaching recommendations before they are applied; consult an appropriate health professional for health concerns.
Upload only videos and other inputs you are authorized to use and process for the requested purpose. Obtain required permissions for recording, sharing, and AI analysis, especially where minors or bystanders appear. Do not submit sensitive health information or use AI features for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
CourtMatch may use third party AI providers to supply the requested feature. Identifiable videos, private messages, and other personal information will not be used by CourtMatch to train generally available AI models without separate affirmative permission and any legally required consent. This restriction also applies to our authorization of provider training uses. The Privacy Policy and any applicable processing agreement govern disclosures and retention. Rights in outputs are subject to applicable law and third party rights; CourtMatch does not guarantee that an output is unique or eligible for intellectual property protection.
15 Communications and integrations
We may send account, billing, security, reservation, and other service communications using the channels you provide or enable. Marketing communications and optional text messages are subject to applicable consent requirements and opt out controls. Acceptance of these Terms alone is not consent to marketing texts, and consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed; check booking status directly when timing matters.
Organizations must have authority and any required consent to send communications through the Services. We may restrict unlawful or abusive messaging. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent legally permitted essential account notices.
Third party websites, integrations, app stores, and services are independently operated and may have their own terms and privacy practices. Enabling an integration authorizes the exchanges necessary for its disclosed function, subject to your settings and applicable law. CourtMatch is not responsible for an independent provider’s services, but remains responsible for obligations it expressly undertakes and for its own actions.
16 Mutual confidentiality
Each party may receive nonpublic business, technical, financial, or operational information that is identified as confidential or reasonably should be understood to be confidential. The receiving party will use it only to perform or exercise rights under the agreement, protect it with reasonable care, and disclose it only to personnel, advisers, and service providers who need access and are bound by appropriate confidentiality duties.
Confidential information excludes information the receiving party can show is publicly available without breach, already lawfully known, independently developed without use of the disclosed information, or lawfully received from another source without confidentiality restrictions. Legally compelled disclosure is permitted; where lawful, provide advance notice and reasonable assistance to seek protection.
These duties continue for three years after termination, and longer for trade secrets while protected by law. Personal information remains protected for as long as required by applicable law and the governing privacy commitments. This section does not authorize an Organization to access information outside its permitted scope.
17 Warranties and remedies
CourtMatch warrants to paying Customers that purchased Services will materially conform to their applicable published documentation and that agreed support or professional services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Notify us with sufficient details of a claimed material nonconformity. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct it. If we cannot correct it within 30 days after notice, the Customer may terminate the affected Services and receive a prorated refund of unused prepaid fees for them. These are the contractual remedies for this limited warranty, subject to rights that cannot be limited by law and other express remedies in this agreement.
This warranty does not cover problems caused by unauthorized modifications, misuse, Customer instructions, or third party systems outside our control. It does not excuse failures by our own service providers for which we are contractually responsible.
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES ABOVE AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. COURTMATCH DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OPERATION, PERFECT DATA ACCURACY, OR ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS, MATCHMAKING, OR COACHING RESULT. Trials and beta features carry no contractual warranty. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.
18 Liability limits
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE THAT CONSTITUTE SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Reasonable direct costs to restore data are not excluded solely because they relate to lost data.
For a Customer claim, each party’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this agreement will not exceed the fees paid or payable by that Customer for the Services during the 12 months preceding the first event giving rise to liability. Related claims count toward one aggregate limit. For a User acting in an individual capacity, CourtMatch’s aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or amounts the User paid directly to CourtMatch for its own Services during that 12 month period; payments to a club or instructor are not CourtMatch subscription fees.
The aggregate cap for a Customer’s indemnity obligations under Section 19 is twice the Customer fee amount described above. Neither the damages exclusion nor the caps limit payment obligations, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, infringement or misappropriation of the other party’s intellectual property, or any liability that applicable law prohibits limiting. These exceptions apply to both parties. Claims for ordinary confidentiality or data security breaches otherwise remain subject to the general cap unless a separately signed agreement provides a different cap.
These provisions allocate contractual risk and are not a release of rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable consumer remedies and liability for conduct protected from exclusion by law.
19 Customer indemnification
This section applies only to Customers purchasing for business or Organization use, not individual consumer Users. The Customer will defend CourtMatch against third party claims to the extent arising from Customer Data or content supplied by the Customer infringing intellectual property or privacy rights, or the Customer’s unlawful use of the Services. It will indemnify CourtMatch for resulting damages and reasonable costs finally awarded or included in an approved settlement. This does not cover a claim to the extent caused by CourtMatch’s breach, negligence, willful misconduct, or use of materials outside the rights granted.
CourtMatch must promptly notify the Customer of the claim, allow it to control the defense using qualified counsel, and reasonably cooperate at the Customer’s expense. Delayed notice relieves obligations only to the extent it materially prejudices the defense. CourtMatch may participate through its own counsel at its own expense. No settlement may admit fault by CourtMatch, impose a nonmonetary obligation on it, or fail to fully release it without CourtMatch’s written consent, not unreasonably withheld. Any additional indemnity by CourtMatch, including negotiated intellectual property protection, must be stated in a separately signed agreement.
20 Suspension termination and data export
Either party may terminate for a material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice describing it. If a breach cannot reasonably be cured within that period, other than nonpayment, the parties will allow a reasonable extension if cure begins promptly and is diligently pursued. Immediate suspension or termination is permitted where necessary to address unlawful activity, a material security threat, or a breach that cannot be cured. CourtMatch will provide notice where lawful and practical, limit suspension to what is reasonably necessary, and restore access when the cause is resolved.
Termination or cancellation for convenience is available only as expressly provided in the Order, checkout, or applicable law. If CourtMatch discontinues paid Services for convenience during a purchased term, we will refund unused prepaid fees and release unpaid fees for the discontinued period. If the Customer terminates for CourtMatch’s uncured material breach, the same refund and release apply to affected Services. Otherwise accrued amounts and agreed term commitments remain payable, subject to applicable law.
After an Organization subscription ends, the Customer may request an export of its available operational records within 30 days. CourtMatch will provide a standard export in a commonly used machine readable format without an additional export fee. Custom migration work, third party materials, private content outside the Customer’s authority, and CourtMatch’s proprietary technology are excluded. Customers should export needed records before cancellation where possible. Individual privacy access and deletion rights remain independent of this Customer export process.
After the export window, Customer Data may be deleted under the applicable retention policy, subject to legal obligations and any agreed processing terms. Retained backups remain protected and are removed through the applicable backup lifecycle. CourtMatch will not retain personal information indefinitely merely because a subscription ended. An Organization may separately retain its own copies as permitted by law.
Terms intended to continue, including accrued payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, lawful data handling, applicable indemnities, liability limits, and dispute provisions, survive termination.
21 Governing law and disputes
California law governs this agreement without regard to conflict of laws rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Before filing a claim, either party should notify the other of the dispute and try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. This does not prevent urgent protective relief, a small claims filing, a complaint to a regulator, or action necessary to preserve a legal deadline.
For business and Organization Customers, courts of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, California, or the federal court serving that county, have exclusive jurisdiction, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction. For consumers, this venue provision applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not prevent proceedings in a forum required by applicable consumer law. There is no mandatory arbitration or class action waiver in these Terms. Nothing restricts nonwaivable consumer or privacy rights.
22 Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms and will identify the revised effective date. Material changes will be notified through email or a prominent notice in the Services at least 30 days before taking effect, except where law or an urgent security need requires an earlier change. We will obtain affirmative acceptance where required by law. Changes do not apply retroactively to disputes arising before they take effect.
For a Customer’s existing committed subscription term, a material change to fees, liability allocation, purchased functionality, or term length requires agreement or applies at the next renewal after appropriate notice, subject to Section 9. Website posting alone does not override a separately signed agreement. If you do not accept a prospective change, you may stop using the Services and prevent renewal; any right to terminate the current term depends on this agreement and applicable law.
23 General provisions
Neither party may assign the agreement without the other’s consent, not unreasonably withheld, except to an affiliate or successor in a merger, reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets that assumes the obligations. Assignment does not reduce privacy protections or extinguish accrued rights. Individual accounts may not be sold or transferred without CourtMatch’s permission.
Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events reasonably beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or widespread infrastructure failures, provided it takes reasonable mitigation steps. This does not excuse accrued payment obligations, eliminate data protection duties, or excuse avoidable failures. If such an event prevents substantially all purchased Services for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate the affected Services, with a refund of unused prepaid fees and release of future affected fees.
The parties are independent contractors. This agreement does not establish employment, partnership, agency, or a joint venture. There are no third party beneficiaries unless expressly stated. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary if legally permitted, and the remaining provisions continue in effect.
This agreement and the applicable incorporated documents are the entire agreement concerning their subject matter. Amendments must follow Section 22 or be agreed in writing by authorized representatives. Electronic signatures and properly recorded electronic acceptance may be used. Nothing prevents legally protected reviews, reports, or disclosures.
24 Notices and contact
Questions, support requests, cancellation notices, and legal notices to CourtMatch may be sent to support@CourtMatch.com or by mail to CourtMatch, LLC, P.O. Box 461, Trabuco Canyon, CA 92678-0461. Identify the relevant account or Organization so we can route the request appropriately. Consumer cancellation must remain available through the required cancellation methods and is not conditioned on mailing a legal notice.
CourtMatch may send contractual notices to the Customer’s designated administrator or billing contact by email and may also display notices in the Services. Formal breach or termination notices must be sent by email or another written method agreed in the Order. Notices are effective when received; an automated delivery failure is not receipt. Keep designated contact information current. Statutory notices must follow applicable law.
